About this Project
B&B Contracting successfully completed the widening and upgrade of approximately 2.4 km of arterial roadway along the Willowbrook Connector and 208 Street between 64 Avenue and 72 Avenue, including an additional section along 64 Avenue/Mufford Crescent. The project expanded the corridor to accommodate four to six lanes and included the installation of medians, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, multi-use pathways, boulevards, street lighting, traffic signal upgrades, and retaining walls with handrails.

The scope also involved significant underground utility work, including new watermain, storm, and sanitary infrastructure, as well as roadworks such as pavement marking improvements along 72 Avenue. This large-scale project improved transportation capacity, safety, and servicing for a growing area of Langley.
