About this Project
As part of the City of Nanaimo’s revitalization of a former industrial site, the Midtown Gateway project is transforming this key corridor into a vibrant, accessible neighbourhood gateway. Phase B2 focuses on major civil upgrades to streets, utilities, and active transportation infrastructure.
B&B is proud to support this work as a concrete subcontractor, delivering all flatwork and structural concrete scope. This project marks another milestone in the expansion of our concrete division on Vancouver Island.
Work includes:
