About this Project
B&B Contracting is delivering Stage 1 of the Loftus Village development, a large multi-phase residential subdivision in Mission. Our scope includes complete civil servicing and new road construction across Loftus Street, Silverdale Avenue, Nelson Street, and Wren Street.
Key elements of the work include:
- Construction of 1.2 km of new roads
- Installation of storm and sanitary sewer systems, including a new forcemain
- Water distribution network
- Hydro, Telus, and Rogers civil works
- Multiple retaining walls and utility crossings
- Installation of a major 4.25m x 4.25m box culvert over Rae Creek
This is the first stage of a long-term development, and B&B’s work is laying the foundation for future phases by delivering critical underground infrastructure and key crossings.
