Project Description:

This multi-phased 118 lot subdivision located on the NW corner of 168 Street and 16 Avenue now provides homeowners views of Semiahmoo Bay and Mount Baker. The development included new roads and associated utilities as well as a widening of 18 Avenue. Due to the 31m grade differential from North to South over the original properties, a lock-block wall was constructed to provide suitably sized lots. The constructed road layout also provides improved mobility for pedestrian connections from the neighbourhood to the multi-use pathway running along 168 Street as well as was a wider sidewalk on 17 Avenue which provide access to a future park to the West.

Project Description:

Located in the Sunnyside Heights neighbourhood of South Surrey, this 146 lot subdivision consisted of new storm, sanitary and water utilities servicing the neighborhood as well as new roads, curbs and sidewalks. Creations of multi-use paths were also realized during construction which connects neighbourhoods in this ever growing area. In addition the construction of a network of stormwater corridors in lieu of traditional detention ponds was completed which provides water quality treatment, promote groundwater infiltration recharging of local groundwater tables, and serve as detention to slow down and reduce runoff and erosion into nearby Fergus Creek. An extension to the Sunnyside trunk sewer was also completed to meet the increasing demand for this and future neighborhoods.

Project Description:

North Point Station 44 is a 144 lot subdivision located on Alaska Highway in Fort St. John. This project was built to accomodate the growth of Fort St. John due to the Site C Dam construction. B&B provided onsite and offsite services such as sanitary, storm sewer, water, hydro and telecommunication conduits, roadworks, streetlighting, and lot grading.

Project Description:

Allard East is a 131 lot subdivision that was constructed on a reclaimed gravel pit at Jackson Road and 104 Avenue in Maple Ridge. B&B was responsible for widening the existing Jackson Avenue road and installing offsite and onsite servicing. Offsite works included storm, sanitary, water mains, and lot services complete with concrete encased Hydro conduits and trench repair. Onsite works included 770 linear metres of 200mm and larger water main, services, and the installation of eight water hydrants.
