The Links is a 55 unit townhouse development located on 152 Street and 76 Avenue to 82 Avenue in Surrey. This project was completed over 18 months. B&B was responsible for the onsite and offsite roadworks and services for this project. The scope of work included earthworks, trucking, new utilities, streetlighting, electrical conduit, asphalt paving, concrete curb, gutters and sidewalks.

Project Description:

Viridian is a two-and three-bedroom townhome development in South Surrey. The site presented difficult construction due to its location on the side of a hill just above the Nicomekl river. B&B was responsible for the onsite and offsite roadworks and services for this project. The scope of work included earthworks, trucking, new utilities, walls, streetlighting, electrical conduit, landscape, lowland floodplain works, and ESC. Key features included rerouting an existing 1800mm storm main to new outfall, and large decorative shotcrete walls.

Project Description:

SOHO is a multi-phase townhouse development that was constructed in the ever expanding Sunnyside Heights neighbourhood of South Surrey between 22 Avenue and 24 Avenue. Future homeowners will be provided access to the Grandview Ridge Trail corridor as well as a newly constructed park to the west of the site. The construction of sub-surface storage tanks with highly permeable surfaces allowed for effective management of stormwater runoff generated by each townhouse site, which minimized impacts to the local stormwater infrastructure. Both onsite and offsite services were provided.
